Responsibilities of the Assistant Property Manager may include but are not limited to:
Leasing & Marketing Touring with Prospective Residents Processing Applications Lease Renewals Resident Relations with Exceptional Customer Service Rent Collection Month End Open and Close The successful Assistant Property Manager candidate must be able to multi-task, have excellent organizational and communication skills both verbal and written along with strong computer skills.
Previous property management experience is required.
Knowledge of OneSite or other property management software is a plus.
Proficient with microsoft word and excel.
