Energy Management Systems Specialist

The Town of Brookline is seeking an Energy Management Systems Specialist to perform technical, administrative, and supervisory work assisting the Energy Systems Manager in daily building operations and ensuring efficient functioning of the town's EMS (energy management systems) and all related equipment.
Operates, programs, and monitors EMS system and all equipment related to energy usage including but not limited to; heating (boilers) and cooling systems.
Troubleshoots all equipment failures, programming issues or other related building problems.
Promotes preventative maintenance by keeping accurate records on equipment and indicating all required and performed maintenance.
Analyzes and manages system's energy usage; and assists identifying methods of reducing energy costs and energy consumption.
Qualifications:
High school education with advanced technical training and five years experience in refrigeration, HVAC, Automatic Temperature Controls and Energy Management Systems Programming.
Working knowledge of Energy Management systems:
Metasys, Siemens, Apogee preferred, along with systems programming certification and/or education.
Computer experience with Windows and Microsoft Office including supervisory experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge of state and local regulations and heating and plumbing installations.
Valid motor vehicle operator's license required.
Starting salary $75,657.
02 annually plus an extensive benefits package including, but not limited to; paid holidays, LTD, health, life, and dental and excellent working conditions.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
