The client is looking for someone to fill a desktop support role in a faced paced IT environment. The candidate must be able to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner. Proficient communication skills is essential to the candidates success.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Provide end-users technical support of networked devices, printers, desktops, and peripheral devices.
Individual will provide deployment, software installation, testing of network connections.
Troubleshooting of applications, desktop operating systems, printers and peripherals.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills
Proficient problem solving skills
Bachelor's Degree in healthcare, computer science or other related field
1-3 years of experienceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
