In this role, you will own a portfolio comprised of projects from multiple business units and you will have the chance to see your work from conception through fruition. You will consult with your internal clients on website and email marketing strategies to help reach (and exceed!!!) goals in fundraising, participation, and philanthropy.
Your responsibilities will include
Manage front-end web development
Update and maintain website content
Build and maintain websites via their CMS
Execute online auctions
Build, test and schedule email campaigns
Report and analyze results
Profile
Two-plus years of experience developing and implementing web and email strategies, especially personalization and segmentation strategies
Expertise in hand coding - this is a must!!
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Microsoft Office, web content management systems, and email marketing platforms
Superior relationship management skills - build relationships with internal client, understand pain points, manage expectations, etc.
Project management guru
Skilled in testing, reporting and campaign analysis
Experience online CRM software
Current on trends in social media and online marketing tools, trends and strategies
Bonus if you have front-end design abilities, especially responsive design
Bachelor's degree required
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
