Job Description Seeking an Administrative Assistant with strong computer skills and a great work ethic who is well organized and can handle multiple priorities. This position provides broad administrative support to an entrepreneur who offers events and therapeutic learning sessions. TASKS: Executive support to owner/ operator of business, office management. Make payments and record income and expenses Maintain office calendar, inventory, files, do internet research Prepare and post online promotional listings Post events to social media sites (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter) Prepare and print materials, upload to cloud and send to clients Maintain and trouble-shoot computer systems and office equipment. Run minor errands REQUIRES: Strong internet and PC computer skills - Microsoft Office, Excel, Publisher, Social Media experience, Webinar and WordPress experience a big plus. Tech-savvy, equipment savvy, and capable of learning new technologies with ease. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multi-task, organize efficiently and effectively. Exemplary critical thinking, problem-solving and leadership skills. Self-starter, thinks creatively, thoughtful orientation to service. Strong preference for having knowledge of alternative healing or spiritual paths.. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
