Adminstrative Assistant

Job Description Our client, an independent PreK-8 school in Brookline, is seeking an Administrative Assistant on a temporary-to-hire basis. In this role, he/she will serve as direct support for each division head in accomplishing the logistical and program support needs of each division. This person is responsible for organizing documents, coordinating calendars, assisting with events and recruitment efforts, and assembling resources in support of the school's mission and curricular goals. The ideal candidate will be collaborative and self-directed with the ability to multitask. They will also have at least three years of experience in school operations. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
