VP of Human Resources

Job Description The VP of Human Resources will report to the Chief Operating Officer and will have the ability to help shape our hiring strategy, people operations, workplace culture, and everything in-between as we scale our growing business. Your Main Responsibilities will be: Lead & manage all talent acquisition efforts (recruiting, hiring, etc) on a global level. Deliver on all people related initiatives including talent management, performance management, development, etc. Build best-in-class people programs in recruiting, onboarding/exit, performance management, learning & development, compensation, benefits, and recognition. Develop, Design, and Implement HR procedures, policies, and guidelines to improve organizational effectiveness, increase engagement, and mitigate risk. Maintain a growth-oriented and motivating environment while keeping all employees accountable to company policies, procedures and guidelines. Build strong social connections, feedback mechanisms, and communication lines between employees, management, and the offices. Design and deliver high quality, effective HR solutions to address identified needs, gaps, and development opportunities across all levels within the organization. Handle all employee relations functions, including complaint investigation & resolution, risk mitigation, and response measures. Oversee all office arrangement and locational dynamics. Desired Experience and Qualifications: Minimum of 8 year's progressive human resources experience across all core competencies of HR including HR Business Partner support, organizational development, talent management, learning & development, total rewards and operations. Proven experience in development and implementation of various HR initiatives is required. Customer-centric focus a must: ability to influence culture and create alignment between business goals, behaviors, and compensation systems that drive performance. Recognized certifications such as SHRM-SCP a plus. Experience in a fast-growing tech startup and/or healthcare company strongly preferred; experience in a rapid growth, fast-paced organization required. Detailed knowledge of HR best practices and multi-state employment laws and regulations in the US. Experience with International HR and Recruitment is preferred; willingness to learn is required. Ability to connect HR to measurable business outcomes such as hiring velocity, retention, and employee satisfaction. Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field; Master's degree a plus. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
