Customer Service Representative

Job Description We are seeking a bright and energetic individual to join our A-team who is comfortable speaking to people. Headquartered on Route 9 in Framingham, Boston Direc t Inc. is a growing marketing firm that specializes in relationship-based marketing and CRM. We launched in 2006 and in the past 15 years our company has grown from a tiny start-up with only two people to a thriving company with dozens of hard-working employees. What We Do We partner with local retailers such as BJ's and work within their locations. We conduct consultations of their shoppers' utility bills and perform a presentation on what we can do for them. Then, if they are qualified, we enroll them in Inspire Energy services and the shopper receives store incentives. Because of how lucrative the incentives are, Boston Direct generates our client between 5-10 million a year. We believe that our people are our biggest asset, and we're looking for another qualified candidate to add to our incredible customer service staff. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
