Hours: 40 hours per week; two schedule options available Schedule 1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 10am-6pm, Saturday 12-8pm Schedule 2: Monday. Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 10am-6pm, Sunday 12-8pm Rate/Hour: $17.00 POSITION SUMMARY: The ISS Covid Recovery Assistant will, for a period of twelve months (one year), be responsible for supporting the Ivy Street School (ISS) in safely reopening through the COVID-19 pandemic in accordance with guidance set out by the CDC and the local Department of Public Health and as outlined by the following duties and responsibilities. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Attends community and vocational trips with students and staff to assist in maintaining a 1:1 or 2:1 staff-to-student ratio while in the community. While on community and vocational trips, ensures students are following risk mitigation strategies including wearing masks, engaging in hand hygiene, and engaging in physical distancing. Supports behavior, education, and residential staff in providing reinforcement for students for engaging in hygiene practices and risk mitigation practices throughout while at Ivy Street Supports Director of Program Enrichment in providing updates to community on risk mitigation and health practices through regular COVID-19 Newsletter as well as bi-weekly health and safety metric reports Supports nursing team in conducting weekly rapid COVID-19 testing for all students Supports staff in planning successful and executing safe (per COVID-19 risk mitigation strategies) off-grounds trips daily with the students Assists in maintaining a clean and safe environment at Ivy Street School by supporting ventilation strategies, engaging in disinfecting practices in the school building, and ensuring full stock of cleaning supplies throughout the building Engages in additional tasks related to risk mitigation and program operations as assigned Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required. QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND GENERAL COMPETENCIES: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education/experience. Related work experience is preferred. Ability to communicate effectively; to read/understand regulations, policies, practices, etc.; to clearly write accurate/timely progress reports, assessments, and other correspondence, as required. Requires walking and standing, ability to lift and/or carry lightweight and moderately heavy objects. Requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. . Comfort with computers and ability to learn new software if required. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
