4.1 Full-time 2 hours ago Full Job Description Job Description To plan and provide instruction to students who require an Extended School Year (ESY), per their Individualized Education Program (IEP). Qualifications: MASS DESE certification in Moderate or Severe Disabilities, PreK-8, required Teaching experience with students having complex medical and developmental challenges in motor, communication, cognitive, and/or social functioning Major Duties: Planning for instruction of students to maintain skills, information, and behaviors per IEP Supervision of paraprofessionals Coordination of related service support Other Responsibilities: Assessment and communication of progress with teachers and service providers Schedule: July 12 - August 13, 2021 8:45 - 1:15, Mon-Fri Additional 1-2 days training prior to start of program The Public Schools of Brookline is especially interested in qualified candidates who can contribute through their teaching or practice to the diversity and excellence of the PSB community.
