Quick Apply Full-time 11 hours ago Full Job Description TELEPHONE ANSWERING/CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVES-ONSITE Position Part Time - Friday and Saturdays 11pm -8:15am-ONSITE Position Must be able to train during the week 11am-6pm or 2pm -8pm for 2- 3 weeks. We are a 24/7 call center located in Boston. We act as the switchboard operators for some of the hospitals and medical clinics located in the Longwood Medical Area. We also provide Answering Services to about 250 medical practices. Answer all incoming calls to hospitals and medical clients and connect the caller where they need to go Page on call physicians for urgent calls Take messages following account scripts Process emergency hospital calls i.e. Code Blue, Code Purple, Code Red Manage Oncall physician schedules Fluency in Spanish would considered an asset Successful applicants will be responsible for managing intake of calls dealing with sensitive subject matter. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
