The ideal candidate will be someone with experience conducting re-certifications who can hit the ground running. Position Overview: As the Roving Assistant Property Manager, you will be responsible for helping to ensure that your properties run in a smooth manner. The Roving Assistant Property Manager will be responsible for conducting and completing re-certifications and interims. Responsibilities: Process Public Housing and Tax Credit Re-certifications and Interims. Ensure files are in compliance with HUD, DHCD, and Spectrum. Serve as the liaison between maintenance and tenants to ensure tenant satisfaction. Work cross functionally with the Property Management team to ensure that each property is running smoothly. Qualifications: Two plus (2+) years of experience as an Assistant Property Manager or Re-certification Specialist Experience conducting Re-certifications for Public Housing and LIHTC Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree and/or Minimum of two (2) years of experience in HUD and Tax Credit re-certifications. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
