Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to demonstrating OUTSTANDING customer service, building and maintaining a loyal client base, providing clients with product knowledge, calling clients for events and the arrival of new merchandise and working as part of a team to meet individual and store objectives. As a Management Leader, you will coach and motivate our team to success in cross selling and product knowledge; monitor productivity and quota levels; assess performance; and address employee/client complaints and resolve problems. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
